The college operates an all-inclusive fee - that not only includes laundry, food , stationery, and books but also includes the cost of GCSE and A level examinations sat for the first time and membership of ISCO for fifth formers and their parents. The only extras are those that require additional tuition, such as instrumental music, horse-riding and learning support; or those purchases that parents have specifically authorised, such as items of uniform or specific week-end activities This means that there are no hidden costs.
For Boarders at the start and end of each term the college runs coaches to and from Heathrow and Birmingham airports. For those nearer to home, there are coaches to and from Birmingham International and Shrewsbury mainline stations. This means that there is always somebody at the airport or station who can look after the young people - either meeting them upon arrival or there to hand them over to a stewardess, or place them on a train upon departure. The cost of this service is shared amongst the scholars making use of the service. Taxis can be arranged when college transport is not available and the cost placed on the scholar's account.

Day scholars
For day scholars, the college has an extensive and expanding network of school bus-routes. Please ask for current details. Places on school transport are currently free of charge but are dependent upon a space being available. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Guardians
All scholars whose parents live overseas must have a nominated guardian in the UK. The college is most happy to arrange guardians for scholars in cases where parents are not able to nominate them. Any charge made to the college is placed on the scholar's account. |
