Pre-Preparatory, 3 to 7 years
| The Pre-Preparatory Department welcomes day scholars from the age of 3 years and introduces them to both school life and life as part of the Bedstone family. Both the Preparatory and Pre-Preparatory Departments are housed within the modern surroundings of Chacksfield House, slightly away from the main college buildings and yet enjoying all the facilities of the Senior College campus.
In the Pre-Preparatory Department the emphasis is upon the fundamentals of literacy and numeracy with a strong bias towards Montessori teaching methods. Specialist teaching in subjects such as sport and music and the use of the Senior College’s many facilities make for an exciting and stimulating learning experience. |
