 The Pre-Preparatory Department welcomes day scholars from the age of 3 years and introduces them to both school life and life as part of the Bedstone family. We aim to instill a lifelong love of learning in our children. At Nursery/Foundation Stage (for 3-5 years) the curriculum is presented with an emphasis upon the fundamentals of literacy and numeracy with a strong bias towards Montessori teaching methods. Nursery Vouchers are of course accepted.
Pre-Preps (5-7 years) are provided with a broad and exciting curriculum to explore. In addition to the firm foundation of literacy and numeracy, pupils are encouraged to communicate, investigate and express themselves in many ways, including ballet, music and drama.
