All the girls received high marks and well-deserved praise for their pieces and performances. Mrs Morris, who runs the school’s drama club, encouraged the girls to take part and supported them in both their writing and performance.
Olympian, Jonathon Edwards who is the president of the Wenlock Olympian Society, congratulated the girls and Mrs Morris, who added: “It was a great platform for the girls to showcase their talent in writing and performing, their hard work really paid off. The standard of the competition was very high and I am immensely proud of all three of them.”
Live Arts 2017 is a celebration of music, speech and drama, and dance.
