Teamwork, adventure and hilarity were at Bedstone in abundance on Sunday as students navigated their way through ‘Wacky Sunday’. To round off the first week of the new academic year students get involved with the many, sometimes unusual, activities of Wacky Sunday. This year students were able to test their navigational skills during orienteering, flex their competitive muscles in an inter-house gym competition and then go wild in the sports hall. As well as the traditional sporting activities of table tennis and badminton students enjoyed donning sumo suits as they competed in gladiator style activities.
Gabi Kindermann, Head of EAL said: “Wacky Sunday is a fun ice breaker day that really helps new and returning students to get to know one another whilst having a lot of fun.” It was a fantastic day of friendship and fun that students and staff alike enjoyed.
